Generate interest in prospects of Datamatics capabilities
* Utilize various modes of marketing to reach the right person in the client organizations
* Convert the first contact into a presentation/conference call/meeting.
Generate new customers & build relationship
* Continuously generate qualified opportunities/leads
* Build a professional and social rapport with the client to keep 'Datamatics' alive
* Introduce Datamatics in the space of IT vendor for all services offered
Competitive Positioning:
* Build messages for Datamatics service offerings in each Line of business
* Gather information about competition services/solutions offered, LOB etc.
* Build collaterals on corporate information
Receive customer & Coordinate visit:
* Schedule & plan client's visit along with the Business Head/Delivery Head.
* Receive & facilitate the entire visit of the client to Datamatics’ facilities.
Value addition to colleagues by s hari ng knowledge:
* Contribute & share information on latest technology & other developments related to function & work through knowledge s hari ng forums
* Writing a whitepaper on Industry analysis & Market trend every six months
* Create a collateral repository for Line of business
Campaign Planning:
* Plan campaign for each LOB as per the Business plan for the financial year.
* Reviews of each campaign executed
* Ensure timely execution of each campaign planned against desired business objectives
* Resource planning for each campaign
* Plan for resource training
* Create a collateral repository for all lines of business
Marketing Planning:
* Participate in marketing plan for organization
* Identify line of business to be promoted as per business requirements
* Participate in determining modes & forums of marketing for the year
* Ensure execution as per plan
* Be on the lookout for potential partners, and once identified, enter into a business partnership with them
* Create strategies / plans for targeting specific markets
* Segment the market into logical fragments, and identify the appropriate segment for Datamatics
