We are currently sourcing for Engineers for one of the top notch technology-driven engineering and construction major. They are multifaceted and diversified Indian corporate group valued at US $4 billion. It is India's largest engineering and construction conglomerate with additional interests in IT and electrical business.
POSITION: Senior Managers and above, you will be part of a Corporate team.
Qualification: Engineers with MBA (full time) from premier Engineering/ Management institutes.
Experience
Experience of 2-4 years in an engineering /manufacturing domain such as Strategic Planning, Design, Construction, Engineering services, Project Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, etc. OR in consultancy type assignments (in-house or external) in strategy /operations
THE ROLE
To carry out assignments for various SBUs / Units in the Company, in Operations Excellence, Integrated Cost Management etc.
Developing Perspective/ Business Plan and Identifying Strategic Initiatives
Studying feasibility of new opportunities/ businesses
Supporting Implementation of Initiatives
Supporting / Driving Change Management Initiatives
Conducting Operations Diagnostic, Identifying Improvement Opportunities and Driving Implementation
