Requirement Specs :-
Position : Business Development Manager - Muscat
· BE preferably with MBA (Marketing)
· Over 3 yrs of experience of which minimum last 1+ yrs in IT Software and Solution Selling
· Oracle ERP experience would be a plus
· Have handled total sales process from cold calling - lead qualification - RFI-RFP-Proposal - Presentations - Win Strategy - Closure - billing - account management - Upselling
· Person should have been on field as part of sales and maintaining client relationship
· Worked in competitive sales atmosphere, typical of ERP, Outsourcing or Consulting deal
· Strong communication and presentation skills
