Position: Associate Consultant/Project Leader for Analytics Solutions

Role and Responsibility:
The individual will work / lead project teams on client or internal
assignments and be assigned the following responsibilities -
• Work with clients and company consultants to identify critical client and
business issues and apply advance analytics to provide significant insight &
value to
company clients and business.
• Build statistical / econometrics models and develop analytical approaches
to solve the business problems / issues
• Analyze and understand large amounts of historical data to determine
suitability for modeling, data clean-up and filtering, pattern
identification and feature extraction, feature (variable) selection,
• Extract data from disparate data sources, build empirical models to
provide business solutions and forecasts.
• Participate in pre-sales and providing post implementation support.
• He/She will be expected to work across Practices or Horizontals
Educational Requirements :
• Post Graduates in Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Economics,
PGDM(MBA) from a premier Institute
• Good academic record
• The CV must mention the CGPA/ percentage obtained and any other academic
awards/ achievements
Other Skills:
• Strong Analytical and Quantitative Ability
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in use of advanced statistical/ econometrics techniques like
Generalized Linear Models (GLMs), Cluster Analysis and ANOVA
• Experience in using statistical software packages
Experience: Min 2 year – Max 5 years
