VPs-Private Client Group –Top Financial Services Co. -Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai

The company is seeking regional heads of its Private Client Group
(PCG), to be designated as a VP to be based in Delhi, Bangalore and
Chennai. It is an exciting opportunity for top- of-the-line wealth
management professionals to build a business, in an empowering
environment.

POSITION DECRIPTION:

The individual will lead the Private Client Group, a key focus area
for the company and drive its national expansion. Will be
responsible for enhancing the company's market share in the top end
of the market by targeting HNW Individuals for equity & derivatives,
Portfolio Management Services, third party products such as mutual
funds, IPOs. Will manage and set up the business expansion through
branches in metro and mini metros across the country. Will
mastermind all business generating activities to be undertaken:
hiring teams, managing product launches, process standards, overall
channel productivity Will design the value proposition – the
products, pricing, customer service and delivery such that the
target audience finds it attractive and competitive. Work with cross-
functional teams on a consistent basis to deliver services to
customers and manage complex growth issues.

DESIRED PROFILE:

MBA/ CA. Minimum overall 10-12 years experience in financial
services (Banking, PMS, Broking) out of which the most recent
assignment must involve dealing with wealth management for minimum
5 years. High degree of familiarity with equity desirable. Should
possess the ability to create confidence in HNI clients, devise
innovative product and service offerings. Should have had held
profit center responsibility (division/branch) and have led a team
of seasoned professionals. Must be a natural leader and an effective
team player, with strong interpersonal skills. High degree of
personal savviness, energy, great attention to detail, ability to
prioritize and meet aggressive business targets. Top-order written
and verbal communication skills. An innovative approach, and ability
to deliver results in a fiercely competitive environment. Must have
high energy, along with influencing and impacting skills. Must be
entrepreneurial, hands on and possess a proactive approach.

Compensation: Not a limiting factor, in line with the market, with
strong performance pay as well.
