3-8 yrs experience in Corporate Finance/ Private Equity & preferential
Issues (FCCBs/ ADRs/ GDRs) with prefereably BE/ MBA education
qualifications

Project Finance
* Evaluating project feasibility through Financial Modelling &
Capital Structuring
* Project structuring and advisory
* Syndication and debt structuring
* Advising on financial restructuring
* Appraising activities- techno-commercial analysis, financial
modelling, preparation of the Appraisal Memorandum, presentation of
deals to the management committee, documentation, funds disbursement and
project monitoring
Executive Profile
* Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM/ other Premier
Institutes/ CA
* 3-8 years experience in project finance/ advisory within the
real estate domain
* Strong flavor of Finance and modeling skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Excellent analytical skills
