HEAD - QUALITY (Master Black Belt)
Total Experience: 12 - 15 years
Industry Preference: ITES/ BPO/ Telecom/ IT MNC
Location: Delhi/NCR
The incumbent will be responsible for standardizing and continuous improvement of the process. Will have to define and deliver the unified Customer service process architecture. Implement associate policies, manage and deliver all business testing activity. Get involved in strategic planning along with other business leaders. Need to Head complete Quality department for the Offshore captive center in India.
The incumbent should be working as Head Quality in a leading MNC for at least 1 - 3 year.
Should have experience in Strategic Planning/ Process Improvement/ Cost reduction.
Should have experience in improving organizations DNA.
Should have used statistical and analytical tools towards improving process and operational performance.
Identify re-engineering & continuous improvement opportunities
Establish &manage projects to deliver improvement opportunities
Should be Master Black Belt Certified.
Should have strong experience in Six Sigma Quality
Ability to work on international assignments & build relationship with international clients
Ability to start the process from scratch and work in an unstructured environment and make it a structure environment.
Ability to work under pressure
Good analytical skills.
Should be smart & have good project mgmt skills
Excellent communication
Should have a stable career
