An immediate opening with a Delhi based KPO for Associate Director -
Financial Research
Associate Director : AD plays a critical role in leading and managing
research projects and teams. As a senior member of the research group, this
position will provide day-to-day direction to research analysts engaged on a
range of projects and assignments and will work to develop and maintain
dedicated client relationships as required.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
. Lead research projects and client assignments ensuring appropriate
workflow planning, resource utilization, and quality assurance
. Guide team problem solving, the development of research strategies,
the application of analytical techniques and frameworks, and the creation of
research end-products
. Recruit, train, coach and develop research analysts
. Develop, maintain and foster client relationships as necessary
. Complete research, including data gathering and analysis, when
appropriate
. Contribute to the efforts to create a world-class research
infrastructure
. Lead and/or complete ad hoc research, knowledge building and
business development initiatives
General Qualifications:
To perform this role successfully, an individual must have:
. Inquisitive and superior problem-solving, analytical and
quantitative skills.
. Established track records of creatively retrieving and analyzing
complex business information
. Ability to synthesize information from diverse sources
. Present findings in a clear and concise fashion
. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal
skills
. Experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects with demanding
deadlines in a team setting is strongly preferred
Education:
An advanced degree in a business (economics, finance, quantitative
analytics) or any other discipline.
Experience:
. Ten to twelve years of experience, ideally with a research
organization, consulting firm or an investment bank.
. Experience in equity is must.
. Any exposure to debt and fixed assets will be an added advantage
Location Delhi / Gurgaon
Salary Range 18 lacs - 20 lacs pa
