Position: Group Head/ Account Director

Profile:
The role is a strategic one & is expected to play a key role in the
fortunes of the business. The incumbent will be heading one of the
quantitative research divisions of the Co.The client interface for this
role would be at a very advanced & strategic level. The span of control
here would be large as there could be 2 team leads, each with about 4 -
5 research executives reporting into them, reporting into the role. The
typical span of control here would be about 10 - 12.
Specifications:

8 plus yrs – If the candidate is from a market research background
10 plus yrs – If the candidate is from a non market research
background
* Graduation- BSc (Maths/Stats) , Be/BTech
* Post graduation- MBA (Marketing)
