Job Profile:
The Professional: -
* Must have an MBA with HR specialization, from a Premier Business School (Preferably IIM, XLRI, TISS, Symbiosis) with any Bachelor's Degree.
* Must have 14 to 20 years of proven recruiting experience in IT / ITES/Telecom /FMCG/Banking/ Financial Services/Securities & Investment Banking/Insurance/ Retail domains, playing a leadership role and implementing a wide range of staffing programs for Top Class Organizations in these sectors.
* Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.
* Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
* Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
* Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self directed. Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
* Must possess a wide range of experience on current external recruiting policies, practices and trends especially in IT or ITES industry.
Job Responsibility: -
Reporting to the Vice President HR , the professional is responsible for :
* Implementing company wide staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
* Leading efforts to improve hiring numbers while maintaining quality of employees.
* Working closely with managers to implement suggestions for improvements in process.
* Negotiating offers, at the highest level by partnering with hiring managers, senior management, and other groups as necessary.
* Evaluating skill level; manage offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/declines for Senior/Executive management positions.
* Mentoring and providing guidance and direction to recruitment team.
