Position: - Senior Director - BPO Line of Business
Profile Expectation :-
The professional: -
-Should be an MBA, preferably from a premier Institute /CA with 16 -18
years of total post qualification experience in leading BFSI MNC's or BPO's.
- Should have been managing large service delivery/operation teams of
at least 500 people with large MNC BPO's and have deep, rich experience in creating and growing BPO Organizations/ Captive BFSI sector based BPO's.
- Should have had good experience in a client facing delivery role with
responsibility for delivery, account/client relationship management and new business development.
- Should have good analytical skills with both process and customer
focus.
- Should have business acumen - appreciation of business drivers in the
off-shoring space.
- Should have the ability to manage in a fast paced, changing
environment as well as lead, coach and drive motivating factors across a diverse group of people.
- Should have strong interpersonal, project management and
organizational skills, along with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Should be willing to work in shifts of UK timings and should be open
to long working hours.
Job Responsibilities: -
The Professional: -
- Would build and develop new capabilities for the company from an off
shoring perspective and hence convert the opportunities into off-shored work.
- Would be a part of the strategy team for the company, contribute and
strategize the vision in line with company's overall growth plans.
- Would be building business relationships with our partners in the US
to understand their business goals and objectives and converting it into key business deliverables.
- Would identify key motivators for the employees and champion
organization wide efforts to reward the high performing employees -Would focus on Customer service with a drive to meet customer expectations - both
internal and external customers.
- Would establish key metrics and result areas for the BPO organization
that drives SLA delivery at the Enterprise level.
- Would effectively lead a team in a dynamic environment and work
across business and system groups at all levels.
