Leading independent equity research firm Clear Capital is looking for an outstanding individual with strong research aptitude to join our Mumbai team as a Pharma analyst. The analyst position is a demanding, fast-paced job that requires the ability to think quickly on one's feet and work independently. Strong candidates will have:
* An intense interest in the pharmaceuticals industry as well as stock markets
* Three or more years of relevant experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech or medtech
* A demonstrated record of academic achievement
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills as well as outstanding quantitative ability and organizational skills
* A CFA or MBA (from a top-10 B-School) would be a plus
* A relevant degree in medicine, pharmacy or life science would be a plus
The analyst will work in partnership with the sector lead to conduct in-depth fundamental research on cutting-edge European pharmaceutical firms. You will perform extensive company and industry research, interview company management teams, physicians, customers, suppliers and competitors, create financial models, conduct valuation analyses, and write company and industry reports. As you progress you will be expected to take on complete responsibility for stock coverage and client responsibilities.
