Post : Manager - Direct & Indirect Taxes - CRD / 1791
Location : Pune
Qualifications : CA
Experience : 4 - 5 years of hands on experience in dealing with Corporate Taxation – both direct and indirect.
Job Description :
* You will be responsible for all taxation matters of the Company, which include Income Tax, VAT, Central Excise and Service Tax, etc.
* You will guide the operating people about the provisions of the various tax laws, applicability of the same to the Company, their compliance, keeping track of amendments from time to time and ensuring the compliance of the amended tax regulations by timely and proper changes in the business processes, documentation, extracting details required for assessment purpose, preparing and filing submissions of the Company, liaison with tax consultants and tax authorities, attending hearings, assessments, appeals and all the other related work with respect to all the applicable taxes to the Company.
* You will also be responsible for preparation of Tax Accounts of the Company, tax audit and transfer pricing documentation.
* You will report to General Manager – Holding & CFO of the Company
General Requirement :
* Candidate should have a good command in MS office.
* Exposure to ERP system.
