Qualifications : CA or ICWA
Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in handling the accounts and treasury of a large size manufacturing company. Experience of having worked with a Bank for some time would be a added advantage.
Job description:
* You will be responsible for supervision of preparation and compilation of quarterly and annual accounts of the Company, information required for Board meetings, quarterly results, and annual report.
* You will also ensure the compliance with applicable Indian Accounting Standards as well as International Financial Reporting Standards in preparation of these accounts.
* You will be responsible for procurement of short term and long term funds as per the requirements of the Company, establish relations with Banks and Financial Institutions, providing periodical information to lenders and other related work.
* You will also guide and train the accounting staff in the related areas.
General requirement :
* Good command on using MS Office.
* Exposure to an ERP system.
