HP Decision Support Analysis Services (DSAS) team commenced in May 2005 as a global initiative to provide support to Supply Chain, Marketing, CRM, Finance and HR business functions through data mining & predictive modeling, reporting & business intelligence, business research, data management, optimization & simulation solutions. We are poised for substantial growth by building a new service line for HP services and non-HP clients globally.
The team has an excellent mix of experienced professionals with strong analytics and business consulting background and significant experience in BPO, who are driven by a passion to draw business inference from external and internal data while delivering on global client requests
Job Description
Project Manager - BPO Services Marketing
* Responsible for supporting the BPO marketing and sales enablement process
* Understanding client requirements, aligning and managing priorities, project management of sales kit and marketing deliverables
* Carrying out proof-of-concept projects as required and ensuring delivery meets and exceeds client expectations
* Building deep domain understanding of BPO products and markets by attending various business meetings and by interacting with manager / Directors / VPs across the client organization
* Exploring opportunities for improvement, scope extension and proactively and coordinating with relevant stakeholders ( business leads, creative media group, AR/PR, regional marketing teams) to implement the same
* Providing current HP BPO data (contract and operational) as requested or on a scheduled basis to analyst and sourcing advisors and scheduling briefing sessions to keep current on our current BPO activity
* Responding to data and information requests from Analysts
Skills Requirement
* Superior English written and verbal communication
* Ability to research, analyze, synthesize & evaluate complex issues of diverse scope and creativity in solving complex problems
* Must be very comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment and adapting to a quickly changing competitive landscape and field sales requirements
* Ability to work flexible hours - method, organization & flexibility
* Intercultural & international awareness / experience
* Enthusiastic, motivated, positive, "CAN DO" attitude, Results focused
* Works well as a member of cross functional teams
* Familiarity with using secondary research databases and analysis of data
* Strong Presentation skills and MS Office skills
Experience & Background
* 3 -5 years of experience in Product or IT Services Marketing
* Significant prior project management experience is a MUST
* Education: Post-Graduation - MBA (Marketing/Systems)
* Experience with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) desirable (but not mandatory)
