I am working as an adviser in a company that will provide services to BFSI (Banking and Financial Services) BPO companies. We are looking for more advisors/partners/ domain experts from the BFSI BPO field. In particular,
a) People who have worked in leadership roles in BFSI BPO firms.
b) People who have worked in the HR function - hiring and training
c) People who have developed training and functional content material for BPO firms
d) Anybody working in the education sector (B-School, Worked with a B-School etc)
