REPORTING STRUCTURE: Head – Structured Products
JOB PROFILE: The structured products desk is a
proprietary trading desk within Olam, primarily
focussing on arbitrage or relative value type of
opportunities across markets in the world. The desk is
involved in multiple asset classes and has the mandate
to offer volatility & market making services to global
clients. The role entails communicating with clients
and making deals and therefore a pleasing personality
with strong inter-personal skills is critical.
QUALIFICATION: BE with relevant experience or CA/MBA
AGE/EXPERIENCE: The person(s) we are looking for would
be a trader with 6-10 years experience. He should have
trading experience (preferably relevant).
He should be working in Corporate treasury,
proprietary desk of a bank or equity brokerage firms.
He should be very strong with numbers and should have
a flair for quantitative analysis. He should possess
the drive and the attitude to push the business
forward, both strategically as well as tactically.
REMUNERATION: Best in the industry. Extremely
