JOB SPECIFICATIONS
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : ESSENTIAL - Degree in Engineering
Degree in Materials / Supply / Operation management ;
ERP knowledge , CRM knowledge.
MINIMUM RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum - 3 - 7 in distribution and supply chain management.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS (IF ANY) : Hindi & English
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Limited
INTERNAL CUSTOMERS: Sales , Marketing , Supply Chain team and all Functions in Division Office
EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS: National and town distributors , Retailers.
JOB OBJECTIVE I.E. THE PRIMARY FUNCTION AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Responsible for implementation of Value added distribution strategies , tools and processes for distribution channel management.
JOB CONTRIBUTIONS I.E. ALL ACTIVITIES PERFORMED TO FULFILL STAKEHOLDER EXPECTATIONS AND WHICH ENCOMPASS THE SPAN OF RESPONSIBILITIES MANAGED

1 Break Away Distribution and Strategies. "1. Identification of customer for implementation of value added distribution strategy.
2. Design of relevant process for the identefied customer.
3. Preaparing the Business case and capture the potential value creation opportunities.
4. Managing the approvals in the M Gate process.
5. Quick implementation of VAD strategies.
6. Managing the process and keeping the customer interest alive.
7. Migrating the VAD process to an IT tool .
8. Digitizing the VAD processes wherever ready IT solution not available.
VAD strategies:
# CPFR - Collabrative Planning , Forecasting and Replenishment.
# MMI - Motoroal Managed Inventory.
# DTR - Direct to Retail.
# DSD - Direct store delivery.
# D2C - Direct to consumer.
# POC - Point of consumption."
2 Channel Management "1. Play the role of Business lead in Implementation of Siebel Partner Relationship Management system.
2. Manage the Sell through capture and Inventory capture module.
3. Identify the processes for managing the data to support the process and tools.
4. Identify and create reports from the system for monitoring and improving Business operation processes.
5. To identify and drive the future enhancements in the system.
6. Take care of the health ICM system ."
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITY:
1 S & OP planning & demand forecasting support 1. Be an active part of the Division S & OP team & ensure right decision making & systems. Meet Cost forecasted, ensure capacities to meet demand for all products.
