Job Responsibilities:
Serve as an integral part of the sales & marketing team. The Lead Generation Analyst responsibilities will include inbound and outbound lead generation, qualifying potential customers, increasing awareness of Company?s product and services, maintaining information, and handling incoming inquires.
Job Description:
Provide Lifecycle/Process & Workflow Management, Software Configuration & Change Management and Build & Release Management solutions, helping company?s customers successfully optimize their Application Lifecycle Management processes while incorporating state-of-the-art technology with the Best Practises.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred.
One plus years of lead generation/telemarketing experience with in a high-tech company Experience qualifying Mid-level, VP, and Director-level contacts Exceptional Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation skills (includes Excellent Email & Telephone Etiquttes) Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook Conceptual Knowledge of Software Engineering (especially Software Configuration & Change Management) Ability to learn new technology quickly Participation in industry trade shows and corporate events Some travel may be required Experience generating new business in the Government sector a plus
