NaviSite provides IT hosting, outsourcing and professional services for mid- to large-sized organizations.
Professional Services: provides planning, implementation, upgrade, optimization, and governance/compliance consulting services for leading enterprise a! p! plications and technology from Oracle.
8 office locations in the US, 1 in UK (London), and 1 in India (Gurgaon, HA)
14 state-of-the art data centers – 13 in the US, 1 in UK
Annual turnover of approx $ 120 M
Total employee strength: 550 + (Approx 150 in India)

Job Description: Inside Sales, Business Development Representatives:
&midd ot; Work with Marketing to obtain and verify contacts and assist in building target lists to be used for future marketing campaigns.
· Qualify marketing leads generated by Web forms, chat, seminars, trade shows, and target account lists.
· Take leads generated through marketing activity and develop them into prospects by communicating NaviSite's value proposition tailored to their needs.
· Respond to chat inquiries and appropriately position NaviSite's solutions and close on next steps.
· Execute lead generation programs to increase attendance at upcoming events, seminars, and to create awareness for current product promotions.
· Proactively cold call and profile target accounts to identify key decision makers and other relevant information to generate new business and build the sales funnel.
· Ide! ntify high potential prospects and transition to the sales org! anizatio n (Bus Dev) for further nurturing.
· Effectively utilize NaviSite's inquiry rating and lead qualification system.
· Maintain the sales database, including comprehensive data entry, setting alarms for follow-up, lead tracking and le! ad hand-off.
· Maintain a level of metrics to meet activity goals (call volume, email, and lead objectives).
· Maintain current knowledge of NaviSite's products, customers, and competitive product differences.
Requirements:
· 3+ yrs of experience (atleast 1 yr experience in US calling)
· B2B Calling
· CXO Level solutions
· Good commu! nication and interpersonal skills
· Experience in US Market – communicating with US clients
· Resourceful/ creative
· Preferable from IT background
· Using some tools for tracking calls like RM Tools, Sales Force, CRM etc
