MBA in Marketing and Sales


3+ years experience in selling software products/ insurance services

Should have prior experience in lead generation activities
Should posses excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills
Should be self motivated and a team player
Understanding of US health insurance market would be an added advantage
Contacts with US insurance companies, insurance brokers and employers are a definite plus


Identify, qualify and validate leads
Generate outbound sales calls to chosen customer segments
Clearly communicate value proposition of products to customers and partners through demos, meetings and customer calls.
Schedule business meetings for senior management with potential customers and partners
Assist Business Development Manager in preparing proposals, as needed
Assist Business Development Manager in preparing marketing collaterals and presentations
Assist Business Development Manager in setting up channel partners
Capture sales metrics



a) BE in Computer Science with MBA in Marketing/Systems
b) Graduate with PG Diploma in marketing and Sales management


2+ years with proven track record in software product or software services selling with an ability to quickly grasp technical/domain concepts.
