Requirement Details :
1. Business Development - 5( position open) :
Mandatory Skills:
Minimum 2-5 years software sales experience
Willing to work at US timings.
Strong quantitative, analytical and creative skills
Must be accountable and strive for continuous improvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills: able to talk to C-level, LOB executives or technical audiences
Ability to understand customer's industry and core business processes, and then identify the problems they are facing
Ability to understand and describe how Proteans services can address the business issues that customers are facing
Integrate with both inside and Field sales reps to develop account strategy
Establish account presence and build trust with key contacts
Ability to work in a team environment
High energy, self driven, result-oriented entrepreneurial spirit
