Talent Track, a IIMC Alumnus venture, has been retaied by a Top of
the line Software Services with active presence all over the world to
locate IIM graduates with specialisation in Finance. The candidates
should br vey good in Technology side. Expected experience varies
from 5 to 1o yrs.with a minimum of 1.5-2 years of the most recent
experience being in capital markets.
We'd not be interested in generic profiles ( i.e. without capital
markets experience.

1 Core Java skills in the 5-7 year experience bracket
EJB
Multi threading, particularly the use of thread pools
Asynchronous messaging
RMI
Collections

2 Core .Net skills in the 5-7 year experience bracket
- Winforms- UI response
- Custom controls in C#
- Created Business Logic and Data Access Components in C#.
- Developed a high performance multi threaded Well Known (WKO)
object Server Assembly in C# which performs the business logic.
- Webservices- DB2 / SQL
- Developed .Net business Components.
3 Technology profile in the 7-10 year experience bracket
· Experience with one or more of the following –
· Designed and Implementing a complex rich client thick GUI
application (Swing or Windows)
· Designed and Implementing a complex middle tier with
complex business rules/workflow
· Designed and Implemented real time and batch integration
between multiple components (using web services, messaging, RMI)
· Experience with handling application performance tuning,
multi-threading and handling threading, memory management issues
· Has done work off the beaten path – has designed and
implemented one of the following framework components
· Designed custom web services, messaging or RMI or sockets
based networking framework
· Designed custom multi processing or multi threading
framework to distribute work
· Designed custom data storage, distributed transaction
handling framework
· Has managed a decently sized application in production
Products: Calypso, Advent/Geneva
· Customization of front end screens and features
· Integrating with the product – feeds coming in or going
out to other systems
· Supporting an existing package instance for a particular
asset class (e.g. fixed income, equity derivatives, credit
derivatives, energy and other commodities)
· Configuring and extending package to support a new asset
class, instrument, derivative product
· Configuring/ deploying/ customizing risk, valuation
calculations
Salary - not a constraint at all for the right people.
