* Forecasting and budgeting the business for respective zones.
* Appoint stockiest in new markets simultaneously retain
existing stockiest to ensure proper retail development.
* Providing required promoting activity for entire range of
products and ensures proper distribution support.
* Planning for launching the new products, execute and
extracting the individual desired result.
* Conducting performance reviews, identify the errors and
suggest alternative plans to achieve the given task.
