Experience: 5-7 years
Skills & Experience:
- MBA from Tier-1 B-School (Marketing/ Communication)
- Handling marketing programs for corporations, Financial Services/ IT Marketing preferred
- Experience in devising and running a marketing program - events, roadshows, webinars, direct marketing activities
- Experience in Branding and creating high power communication strategy to increase mindshare
- Handling Analyst interactions
- Should have good people skills, should have managed teams effectively
- Should be business focused and goal oriented
- Develop and implement a marketing program for the Financial Services vertical (IT and BPO), both short and long term and working with all departments viz. Sales, Delivery, Marketing Communications to execute the plan
- Monitor and report on marketing activities and provide relevant management information and recommendation for improvement.
- Ownership of the marketing budget and variance tracking
- Communicate and collaborate with external agencies to support events and campaigns and ensure strong market visibility
- Managing the Analyst relationship program for Financial Services vertical to influence reports positively and developing market insights
Role: Opportunity Manager
Experience: 3+ Years
Skills & Experience:
- MBA from Tier-1 B-School (Marketing/ Finance) with IT background (preferred)
- Should have a background in Pre-Sales/ Business Analysis/ Sales
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ownership of Opportunity fulfillment including:
- Opportunity analysis: Identification of opportunity through secondary research, industry trends and analyst interactions
- Deal Management through bid ownership of RFPs, visits and other client touch points
- Marketing program management
Role: Business Solutions Consultant
Experience: 5 + years
Skills & Experience
- MBA from Tier-1 B-School
- Previous experience in IT industry
- Product Management experience is preferred in IT or Financial Services industry
Roles & Responsibilities: These Consultants would be responsible for,
- End-to-end strategy for the product / proposition
- Defining the roadmap based on market needs and dynamics
- Defining and implementing the go-to-market strategy
- Marketing programs surrounding the product / proposition
