finance experts and leading strategists to help our clients map
corporate strategy to financial market performance. Based in New York,
Munich, Amsterdam, and Gurgaon, the CPC is part of Firm's worldwide
Corporate Finance practice.
With shareholder value creation as corporate goal, our competence in
financial analysis is a critical part of Firm's discussions with CEOs
and CFOs of major corporations about strategy and M&A.
Get trained by Tim Koller, co-author of Valuation: Measuring and
Managing the Value of Companies, which is a leading textbook used by
business schools, corporations, banks and practitioners around the
world.
Role in discussion :
Position is based in Delhi/NCR.
Incumbent will work with specialists, experts and senior leaders of
the practice to help Firm teams identify and evaluate critical
financial and strategic issues for discussions with senior client
executives, and also spend some time working directly on client
engagements. Their primary responsibilities are to conduct financial
analyses and valuations of companies aimed at developing insights into
the capital markets' perspectives on an industry or company.
Career Path
He/she will develop a solid grounding in core principles of corporate
finance and its application in different industries. Over time, he/she
may grow into a specialist & then expert, with broader
responsibilities for leading sector efforts, managing individual
projects, and participating in the overall leadership of the
practice.While one will work mostly from our office in Gurgaon, they
will be assigned to Firm teams and work at the client site from time
to time.
Requirements :
Management graduate with excellent financial analytical skills,
communications. Excellent exposure to BFSI sector.!
