Looking for : Vice President/General Manager Sales handling International Markets based at India.

Job Role:
Responsible for International as well as all India sales & marketing,
Responsible for CRAMS business,
Responsible for MIS, budget and profitability.
Establishing and guarding value system.
Manage marketing and sales team to achieve targets.
Coordination with other functions for timely availability of products /
information.
Market research.
Provide Product promotion strategy direction
Innovation in sales promotion activities like campaigns.
Responsible for recruitment, deployment and development of field staff.Field force management.
Management of distribution network.
Inventory management.
Receivables management,Environment scanning Expenses control.
Planning & projection of sales.
Introduction of new products,
Maintain relationships from the point of view of how each position can add value to or derive value from significant organization relationships with R & D, Market Research, Logistics, Training and HR.
Image building for the organization.

Candidates Profile :
Should have handled in Pharmaceutical / API or FORMULATION business an independent sales force.
Fluent with English and good Persuasive communication
Proactive ability to take Initiative manage Cross- functional working, Personally motivated person
Should have good Planning & project Management abilities
Should have the knowledge of diverse business applications like Production, Supply Chain, Finance and HR.
Should be open to extensive traveling internationally. Critical Exposure/Experience deemed essential by client:
Should be working with a reputed Pharma/ API /Formulation Company handling International & Domestic responsibility in Sales & Marketing.
Should have handled large sales & marketing teams
Should have a strong track record in achieving targets and forecasted growth.Should be exceptionally good in strategizing and implementation,
Should have thorough knowledge of API business.
Should have knowledge of CRAMS.

Qualification :M.Sc (Organic Chemistry) or B.Tech (Chemicals) with Management Qualification with 15-25 Years of work exp.
