FP & A Analyst Commercial
Objective :
Working on the internal planning processes and support reporting of financial plans. Working on the US FP&A quarterly closes processes and ad hoc external reporting. Producing the monthly management report. Owner of digital cockpit. Support internal and external ad hoc reporting.
Accountabilities:
* Drive and contribute to the planning processes (OP, S1 and S2), working closely with the Senior Management Team (SMT) and the whole FP&A team in order to produce accurate and timely financial plans and pitches which are reported to Al-Futtaim and the GE CEE headquarters. Work on variance analyses and comment in English in written form.
* Build and maintain business models in Excel and Access: such as receivables run-offs, FAS 91, OPEX, Fixed Assets etc.
* Drive and work on the local and US FP&A quarterly closes working closely with the controllership team. Preparing reports for AF and the CEE headquarters, performing variance analyses and explaining variances in English written form.
Skills & Experience :
* Minimum 3-5 years of financial work experience

Senior Controllership Analyst (US-GAAP & Treasury)
Objective :
Calculating and booking of US GAAP adjustments and entries for GE consolidated accounting. Reconciling of US GAAP and GE GAAP related balances, STAT to GAAP reconciliations. Preparing of SEC schedules and other reports for GE disclosures purposes. Own the cash management function. Documenting processes related to US GAAP and GE consolidated accounting.
Accountabilities:
* Together with the rest of the team build and maintain models for calculation of entries to be booked in US GAAP adjustments ledgers, cooperate closely with FP&A team and Risk team to get all the necessary data.
* Prepare all entries related to GE consolidated accounting using all relevant source of data and information.
* Book al the required entries in Oracle. Perform in Oracle all procedures related to closing of books as revaluation, FX and net income rolls, CDR submissions, year end rolls etc.
* Prepare reconciliations of US GAAP and GE GAAP related accounts in accordance with all relevant criteria required by GE CF headquarters to achieve 0 unreconcilled accounts.
* Prepare and submit SEC schedules related to quarter close process, ensure the data are submitted accurately and within required timelines.
* Own treasury function and cash management. Work with FP&A team to prepare cash forecasts & optimize cash management
* Create and maintain proper documentation for processes performed in the US Controllership team.
* Prepare ad hoc reporting and ad hoc support to US Controller and CFO as required.
* Participate in projects as and when required.
