Position: Business Analyst/ Project Manager
Reports to: Project Leader/ Organization Head
Location: Kolkata
Purpose: To assist the Project Leader in his day to day activity, coordinate with the respective functions related to the project, write internal documents and receive & give inputs to the respective functions as per the guidelines of the Project Leader WITH the objective of enabling smooth completion of the project WITHIN the guidelines of the company..
Requirements:
1. Educational: Graduate (MBA) with 2-5 years of work experience. Age within 25-28 years. Experience in retail finance industry will be preffered. The person should have experience of providing Business Assistance to Senior executive and of elaborating internal policies. Experience/Interest in IT appreciated.
2. Business Understanding: The person should have adequate knowledge of the retail finance industry and a good understanding of project and policies implementation.
Knowldege:
1. Computer savvy,
2. Product & process understanding ,
3. Good command over english language written & oral both
