Senior Research Analysts (multiple openings)

„X Develop research protocols, analytical frameworks
and crack tough business problems across verticals
„X Organize, analyze, synthesize and summarize
information using appropriate analytical methodologies
and frameworks
„X Direct interaction with the client and eventually
manage a client relationship ¡V onsite visit

„X Lead projects and manage workflow therein
„X Coach and mentor junior colleagues formally and

„X Take up firm level responsibilities like
training,knowledge building
Candidate profile
„X MBA from leading Indian B-Schools (preferably the
IIMs) or international degrees
„X 2-4 years of experience in Business Research &
Consulting with at least 2 years in research
„X Strong business acumen
„X Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
„X Client relationship management skills
„X Strong verbal and written communication skills
„X The candidate needs to be a generalist, willingness
to work on the various areas of research
