Affle currently has offices in Singapore, India, UK and US, and this job requirement is for the India operations.
Description
We are looking for people who are self driven, have a keen eye for detail, have great execution,
and people skills, and those who have played a role to effectively develop businesses & build long
term relationships.
We want candidates who are unafraid to voice their opinions, challenge constructively, and able to inspire the stakeholders.
Successful candidates should have an experience of managing the end-end business development process, which would involve identifying partners, doing Pre Sales, Sales, Managing Client Relationships amongst others.
Strategic Responsibilities
o Identify and build partnerships of strategic importance for Affle – Investors, Search Providers, Media Agencies etc.
o Relationship management with all new and existing business partners
Business Development Responsibilities
o Actively engage advertisers/advertising agencies to promote their products on the Mobile media enabled by Affle
o Actively build & sustain relationships with Content Partners
o Campaign & relationship management with all advertisers & content partners
o Enable new revenue opportunities
o Provide commercial feedback to Affle's product development teams

Requirements
o Minimum post-graduate or professional degrees in Management / Communications
o Minimum 4 years professional business development/ sales/advertising experience
o Experience of sales/campaign planning, for digital media (internet/mobile) is
preferred
o Excellent contacts network amongst advertisers & advertising agencies
o Effective team player who can lead efforts across disciplines
o Capable of working calmly and quickly in high-stress environments
