DESIGNATION: Director- Human Resources
REPORTING TO: CEO- Asia South & Regional Hr Director
LOCATION: Gurgaon (NCR Delhi)
JOB DESCRIPTION: Looking for a dynamic individual who will initiate
and manage the global HR process of the company from both India and
global perspective.
Would be taking care of the HR function of India, Thailand,
Philippines & Indonesia offices
Would work closely with the CEO Asia South and the Regional HR
Director to restructure the India business
The incumbent would need to be a strategic business partner. He/she
would need to understand the business environment quickly and
recommend structures, titles, and people etc which make the business
more effective
The role would cover the entire gamut of HR activities including
recruitment, training, people development and performance management.
DESIRED PROFILE:
MBA (HR) from top 10 institutes with atleast 7 yrs of experience,
preferably working with Services sector.
EXPERIENCE: 7-10 yrs
