Skill areas:

Experience:
- Experience in winning business and account management across engagements of different sizes and geographies
- Experience in creating high-level business and systems strategies along with client teams
- Program management experience in managing large and complex programs
- Ability to approach complex and unstructured problems and conceptualize the solution
- Rich experience in anchoring and leading deals in matrix organization structures
- Experience of working in global delivery model (onsite, offshore)
- Experience in executing full life cycle projects of different types – development, maintenance, implementation
- Exposure to a wide range of technologies – custom and commercial off the shelf products
- Strong in estimation, scheduling, costing and pricing
- Experience in innovative pricing and deal structuring models
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication with interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading large bid pursuits from offshore location
- Provide thought leadership in the bid strategy formulation, creation of the winning themes
- Orchestrate the formulation of the solution across geographically distributed teams in a matrix organization
- Structure innovative engagement and commercial models
- Review and improve key client submissions
- Review contracts and create negotiation positions
- Participate in client meeting, proposal defense, solution workshops and negotiations
