A Leading KPO is looking for the following:
Job Title: Manager –Research Operations
Reports To: Sector Head
Grade: No of Direct reports: 10-15
JOB ROLE AND SCOPE:
The position will be responsible for leading a team of Research
associates who are tracking a particular sector
This role will involve managing the quality of research , ensure
that the timelines for coverage etc are adhered to , mentoring and
coaching the Senior & Junior Associates and evaluating their
performance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES:
Following activities will be his responsibility -
-Ensure coverage of the companies as per the guidelines and schedules
-Manage the team comprising of Senior and Junior Associates
-Provide guidance and direction to the team in terms of the quality
of research and adherence to the methodology
-Periodically assess and give feedback to the Associates related to
their performance
-Liaise with the Sector Heads and Technology team for seamless
delivery and superior quality of research content
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- 5-8 years of experience – financial services preferred ,
(Could be from a financial services BPO or Bank, Mutual Fund, Online
stock trading, Insurance etc)
- MBA (Finance ) from reputed institutes or CA(not more than
two attempts)
- Sound background of research or other functions like credit
rating , risk etc
- Team Management skills
- Should have necessarily handled a team
- Analytical capability
- Adherence to timelines
- Eye for detail
- Structured and logical thinking
- Maturity
