Senior Manager for CRM Practice

We have been retained by a client of ours a leading US based Consulting
Company to recruit a Senior Manager for CRM Practice.

Overall purpose of the job

Ø Support Senior Executives/ Partner in maintaining consistent
and satisfactory client rating scores

Ø Proactively support Senior Executives in business development
initiatives

Ø At any point in time, lead one or more full time project/s for
a client organization or modules of large projects in addition to
business development initiatives

Ø Provide thought leadership by leveraging client experiences,
cross industry experience, cross functional exposure to deliver more
effective solutions in managing customer relationship

Responsibilities/ Authorities

Ø Be responsible for successful delivery of the project module
within the agreed timelines with the client

Ø Work closely with client team managers and deepen relationship
with the client and enable cross-selling of its services

Ø Support global team in developing and assessing strategic
options

Ø Be responsible for overall project delivery and contract
execution within client organization

Ø Demonstrate strong sales and business development focus –
selling more work to existing clients and also sell similar projects as
the ones worked on to other clients in similar industry

Ø Network closely with client executives to develop a stronger
understanding of the functioning of the clients business to enable new
sales of new projects to the clients

Job Requirements

Ø Candidates should have a minimum of 10-15 years work
experience in strategic client relationship management, brand
management, product management, customer loyalty management, sales force
management, trade marketing and similar profiles in sales and marketing

Ø Candidates with work experience in project management or
Consulting

Education Qualifications: - MBA / PGDBM from Premier B Schools -
IIM,IIFT, FMS, XLRI, MDI, S P Jain, JBIMS, NMIMS, XLRI , IMT,
Batches: 1998-1994 batches Comp: Fixed CTC of USD 80K plus bonus
ranging from 20-40% of Fixed CTC Location: Delhi or Mumbai.
