This opportunity is with a leading life insurance player based out of Hong Kong. The company is part of large financial services group with multiple business interests across the globe such as life insurance, general insurance, asset management & pensions.
Our client is looking at hiring 2005 - 2007 batchers from premier B- schools (IIMs, FMS, XLRI, SP Jain, JBIMS etc) as part of their "Asia Management Trainee program". 1-2 years of pre/post -MBA work experience is mandatory.
The program objective is to build high performing Asian leadership teams for meeting the needs of Asia's accelerated growth strategy. It is designed to develop MBA recruits with previous working experience into future leaders for the client.
Due to the nature of the business, the highest priority for developing future leaders has been identified in sales & distribution management. The existing program is designed to develop post MBA talent into future distribution leaders.
The program is an 18-month accelerated and structured development program, with rotations every 2 to 3 months .The rotations will include exposure to a combination of regional office function, business units and different geographies within asia pacific.The trainee would also have an opportunity to be coached and mentored and put on a fast track program for reaching management positions.
