DESIGNATION: Head- Human Resources
REPORTING TO: Country Head, India
REPORTEES: 15 -18 numbers
LOCATION: Gurgaon (NCR Delhi)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for leading the HR and administration function for the India office. Will manage the function for about 300 employees – and focus on employee engagement, team building, performance management activities. The role would cover the entire gamut of HR activities including recruitment, training, people development, compensation management. The incumbent would need to be a strategic business partner. He/she would need to understand the business environment quickly and recommend HR transformations which make the business more effective The incumbent will also lead the administration function. Will lead a team of 18 numbers.
DESIRED PROFILE:
MBA (HR) from with at least 9 yrs of experience, preferably working with KPO/MR/IT/ITES sector.
Should be good at handling large no. of employees
EXPERIENCE: 9-13 years
