Job Title: AVP Investment Banking

Salary: Minimum base salary of 16 lacs and attractive bonus depending on
performance; potentially equity in the firm/clear path to equity in the firm
Requirements:
- MBA/CA/CFA
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Relevant work experience will be Transaction Advisory, M&A, and
Corporate Finance or Equity Capital Market roles. Equity Research or Credit
experience can also be considered.
- Experience in being part of the core team for a few deals is
necessary
- Ability to help in deal origination
- Self Motivated and ability to work in a start up and unstructured
environment
- Long Term Potential to be a Partner in the firm
Nature of Work:
- Origination and execution of Private Equity Mandates
- Independently interfacing with clients on all aspects of the deal
making process
