Multi Media Company in the country we are currently looking for a key
HRD resource. The company has been growing phenomenally in the past 3
years and have successfully launched several new businesses.
It is one of the few professionally managed and listed companies in
the media sector. It's top leadership team includes talent from
companies like Whirlpool, Asian Paints, HLL, Pepsi, Nokia, Microsoft,
Airtel, Virgin, Hutch etc. Also, there is a growing pool of young
leadership from premier Indian B-schools like IIM's, ISB, MDI, FMS
etc.
The GM Organization Development would be responsible for:
Creating a vision for capability building
Identifying training needs at team and individual levels
Designing management development programs
Identifying and fostering external relationships and partners
Building reward and recognition programs to motivate employees
Set up assessment centres for identifying trainability in key skill areas
Evaluate business impact of training/developmen t programs and
Run a cost centre with a sizeable budget as well as constantly review
its implications/ effectiveness
Workex in similar area: 10-12 yrs
High on initiative, conceptual and execution skills
Compensation : very competitive
