Position – AVP / VP– Investment Banking
Role - The incumbent will be responsible for domestic and cross-border M&A deals, private equity syndication and raising capital. The role includes deal origination, client engagement and completion. This is a mid to senior management role within the company. The incumbent will work closely with Executive team
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience in Investment Banking – M&A and Private Equity.
• Track record in initiating and completing deals in India and International markets.
• Network with banks, financial institutions in India and other countries.
• Entrepreneurial ability – to establish, lead and grow the business.
Location – Mumbai (requires International travel)

The incumbent will work closely with Executive team and will be responsible for building the Structured Finance business in India and other countries. The person will be responsible for deal origination, structuring debt, syndication, and closure.
Requirements
• 10 to 15 years of experience in debt syndication, tracking debt markets, project financing, sell downs, interaction with rating companies, doing end to end deals.
• Track record in initiating and completing large syndication deals in India and International markets.
• Network with banks, financial institutions in India and other countries.
• Entrepreneurial ability – to establish, lead and grow the business.
Location – Mumbai (requires International travel)
