Job Profile
· Formulate the strategic HR policies and people practices of the organization.
· Handle the entire gamut of activities relating to Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Performance Management.
· Draft procedures for Competency Mapping and Succession / Career Planning.
· Implementation of programmes pertaining to Culture- building and Group Cohesion.
Candidate Profile
· 12+ years of experience in the HR domain, with atleast 8+ years of experience in the IT industry.
· Experience in spear-heading and improving Recruitment efforts.
· Exposure to Appraisal techniques and knowledge of TQM.
· Excellent leadership qualities with a proven track- record in Personnel Management.
Remuneration Range: Rs 20 - 25 lacs
