Job Responsibilities:
- The incumbent would be responsible for setting andachieving sales and other defined targets of hisregional team
- Will liaise closely with the Marketing for Promotion initiatives
- Will be responsible for negotiation of Artists, Eventsand distribution partners
- Will create new products by either acquiring Musiccontent or creating new content for the Region.
- Build strong network for Digital Media and build businesses with Telecom Companies, FM channels,Equipment Manufacturers like Nokia etc., TelevisonChannels.
- Define promotional strategies for new products Oversee Corporate accounts at the Regional Level Build a strong network and relationships within theindustry
- Will be responsible for implementing the business planas also for the P&L both on the revenue side as wellas cost management.
- Lead and drive a motivated team by providing clarity on stated objectives and specific plans.
- Implementation of efficient systems and process withinthe Region.
