Experience: 1-3 years of experience
Requirement: Experience in Investment Banking / Equity Research / Industry Research. Experience in business and financial research, financial modeling and analysis. Candidates who have an understanding of the US economy and its accounting standards will be preferred. Familiarity with structure and content of SEC filling will be an added advantage.
Job Description: Develop sector knowledge and provide inputs to the analysts in the US in the form of financial analysis. Monitor company and sector specific financial and economic information. Create company and industry research overviews. Prepare company comparables / Precedent Transaction. Give monthly and weekly reports to senior bankers. Work in a team environment to produce pitch material. Develop sector knowledge.

Qualification: MBA in Finance / Masters in Finance / CA / CFA
Experience: 1-3 years of experience
Requirement: Knowledge of financial concepts and terms, and a basic understanding of financial markets. Basic knowledge of Bloomberg. Proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of company filling. Familiarity of derivative products like Interest Rate Swaps, Cross currency, Swap, Cap, Floor, Municipal Bonds.

Qualification: MBA in Finance / Masters in Finance / CA / CFA
Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience
Requirement: Experience in business and financial analysis, financial modeling. Experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research and Industrial research. Working knowledge of major work products like company profiles, Industry overviews, Financial / Valuation Models and company Comparables / Precedent Transactions.
