Skill set for Senior Consultants in Business Consulting – Discrete Manufacturing Domain (Requirement: 2 Consultants)
1. Graduate in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering
Post Graduate in Management from a premier institute – specialization in operations management/systems engineering
Must have worked for at least 8-10 years in a discrete manufacturing organization in the area of supply chain management
Must have been a power-user of at least one ERP package, preferable to have SAP user experience in PP/MM/SNP
Must have executed at least 4-6 business consulting or process redesign projects in the manufacturing domain
Must have a good understanding of the role of IT in business
Must have the ability to develop methodologies for consulting engagements
Must be exposed to problem solving tools and techniques
Must be articulate and well versed with presentation skills
Must possess the ability to craft proposals and white papers
Must be willing to travel widely within and outside the country
