Job profile
The ideal candidate will be responsible for
Delivery Management of multiple projects. including Defining project Scope and estimating for new engagements, Monitoring, Status Reporting , Process adherence and tuning, optimization of costs across projects and delivery etc
Managing client relationships / expectations, Client specific issues /queries and assumption management and also Coordinating with on-site PM / offshore team on Work break down, Pre-Sales, Estimation, end-to-end project delivery, customer handling, requirement analysis etc.
Application outsourcing and transition management and also solution architecting and proposal preparation
The ideal candidate should have:
15+ years of enriched IT experience with at least 8+ years of experience in project /Program management with minimum 5 years in the current Domain
Prior experience in handling large projects delivery (based on generic technologies - .NET, Java, Mainframe, etc.)
Experience with application development, management, maintenance and complete SDLC for both SSAD and OOAD environments
Exposure to onsite-offshore methodologies, with an excellent track record of handling multiple clients and large teams and meeting their expectations.
