Position: Vice President – Global Investment Bank
Location: Mumbai
The Firm: Our client is a full service Global Investment Bank
providing financial market trading and advisory products and services.
In the Asia-Pacific region, the Bank provides a broad range of
investment banking services and in the Americas, Europe, Africa and
the Middle East, it focuses on particular business areas in which its
expertise delivers value to clients.
In India, the Bank has a 10 member Investment Banking team based in
Mumbai. The team works on all mandates in M&A, PE syndication and
capital raising activities. The team also works on assignments for the
Groups proprietary investments in India.
The Role: The applicant should be an Investment Banker with experience
in working on origination and execution of Equity Capital Markets/ PE
syndication/M&A advisory engagements, with effective client engagement
and project management skills.
Qualification: Post Graduation from a Tier 1 business school is preferred
Compensation: Top Line.
