managing the supply chain.

Monitoring/expandin g the dealer/distributor network with a
special eye on achieving revenue/collection targets.
Coordinating with organizational hierarchy for devising/correcting
strategies.
Reducing the turn around time for inventory liquidation.

Motivating, mentoring, guiding and monitoring subordinates to
achieve goals.
Tracking /initiating measures to develop performance appraisals.
