I have an opening for you as the position of AVP with one of the
leading banks of the world.
• Review, map and document `as is" process flow.
• Analyze Gaps, Identify quality improvements, risk and cost
reduction opportunities;
• Design the future state of process flow, embedding best practices
from similar processes/industry.
• Select and use appropriate diagnostic tools, methods and
techniques to identify improvement opportunities and process
standardization.
• Leverage other BTU streams (Metrics/Benefit Tracking, Best
Practice, Six Sigma) to refine diagnostic and drive transformation.
• Prepare business cases
• Ongoing responsibility to identify, capture and disseminate best
practices (whether internal or external);
• Implement or contribute to the implementation of recommended
improvements.
• Deliver high-level cost/benefit analysis and recommend
transformation projects
• Organise Resources such that maximum benefit is derived from their
deployment.
• 8-12 years experience
• Exposure to financial services industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Some international client exposure
