Position Title: Business Development Manager
Position Reports to: Senior Manager/Director
Location: Bangalore
Role Purpose:
o Engage and develop major accounts for Cypress' memory family
o Identify the key factors for business success at these major accounts; technical, infrastructure,business, commercial, multi-site and multi-company interactions, and key
decision maker and influencer relationships.
o Jointly with field and factory teams, identify the specific actions to engage the account and secure opportunities that results in a win-win long term relationship
o Train the Cypress sales channel on new products to optimize the selling efficiency.
o Come out with revenue forecast for different product lines to secure future revenue streams
o Work across various product lines to develop collaterals.
o Travel across customers locations to understand the opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
o Engineering degree (preferably ECE) and MBA from a premier institute.
o Should have a minimum of 5 years experience in Semiconductor industry.
