Job Description
Position DGM / GM
Reporting to CFO
Responsibilities Business Reporting and MIS
Budgetary Control
Tax Audits
Reporting India performance to International Group Headquarters
Handling Process Changes / restructuring for Finance functions
Liaison with counterparts at the Global headquarters for transitioning
process changes
Managing change in a fast paced environment
Desired Education & Experience
Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance with more than 15 years of
experience.
The candidate should have experience with IFRS (International
Financial Reporting Standards). Experience with managing Process
Migrations / Restructuring is desirable.
Ability to work in a high-performance team environment Maintain
highest degree of business and financial integrity
Self starter
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High focus on data integrity & accuracy and ability to convert data into
management information
Has well-developed financial modeling, analytical, and problem solving
skills
